Moné Swann

I am Moné Swann, CEO of BIVX Wealth & Insurance Solutions and BIVX.IO, and President of the Collaborative Expansion Foundation. I lead the strategic direction, operations, and growth of each organization with a clear focus on innovation, impact, and community.

Throughout my career, I’ve earned over 100 sales awards, ranked #3 globally in supplemental sales, increased revenues by 300% in my first startup, and trained more than 1,500 licensed agents. I’m proud to be among the 3% of founders in Insurtech and less than 1% of minority female founders, helping reshape an industry that hasn’t always made room for leaders like me.

At BIVX Wealth and the Collaborative Expansion Foundation, my work is rooted in service, supporting seniors, veterans, and families with compassionate Medicare guidance and long-term financial security. In 2019, BIVX Wealth disrupted the industry by introducing specialized divisions, including our Athletic Empower Division, which supports athletes navigating their NIL careers while also delivering strategic financial solutions for Baby Boomers.

Through BIVX.IO, I am building a global, inclusive community centered on education, mentorship, and financial empowerment. I believe insurance should be more than protection, it should be a tool that enables individuals and families to truly thrive.

Before this, I owned a property and casualty agency, led nonprofit initiatives, co-chaired large-scale civic events, and became a recognized advocate for financial literacy. I continue to merge entrepreneurship, technology, and education to create meaningful opportunities for others, including developing financial tools designed specifically for children.

My mission is simple and unwavering: to empower, educate, and protect communities while driving innovation in Insurtech.
